Happy Returns partners with third party merchants to facilitate the return of a user’s online purchases from those third party merchants at our Return Bars. Due to the nature of our business model, when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, we may share information that is related to such transaction with or through that affiliated business. Happy Returns may also share aggregated demographic information with our business partners.
Happy Returns does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. Happy Returns is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other websites on the Internet, even those linked to or from the Happy Returns site. Credit card numbers are not stored or held on our servers.

Happy Returns is not directed to nor is it intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (or any information at all) from any persons under 18 years old. If we become aware that an individual under the age of majority has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
